We've already started to inform all our customers about what steps we will take and when in order to have the new VAT taxes of 21% and 10% announced today by the government.
This week, the new taxes will be available to all of them and from Monday we will be available to help them update taxes in products and those sale and purchase orders that require any changes. It has not been clarified yet when the new taxes will have to be applied but we'll be ready to help our customers with any needs that arise.
Users will only have to review manually draft invoices and default taxes associated with accounts (typically configured in expense accounts to make it faster to code supplier invoices).
